RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I am aware that walking, hiking, mountaineering and traveling in mountainous terrain are hazardous activities. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved, and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death. I affirm that I am in good health and am physically able to participate in these activities. I agree that I will not sue or otherwise make any claim against Tahoe Trail Trekkers or its agents or contractors for injury or damage to me or anything belonging to me. I hereby release and discharge Tahoe Trail Trekkers, officers and other members, agents or contractors, from all actions, claims and demands for myself, my heirs or personal representatives, for any injury or damage as a result of my participation in said hazardous Tahoe Trail Trekkers activities. The terms of this release shall be binding as to other person or guests, members of my family including any minors which may accompany me/us. Should Tahoe Trail Trekkers or anyone acting on my behalf be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to hold them harmless for
all such fees and costs. I also agree that this agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California and the State of Nevada.
